One Pot Cheeseburger Casserole

Week night dinners just became a little less crazy with this one pot dinner option. Everyone loves a good cheeseburger and a good pasta dish. What better way than to combine the two and make one dish. Not only will this dish be a throwback to the childhood Hamburger Helper days but it will also serve as an easy as 1-2-3 dinner to throw together for the family!
Ingredients
4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2lb. Ground Beef
1 Yellow Onion, diced
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
6 oz. Tomato Paste
32 oz.. Beef Broth
2(16 oz.) Bags of Cavatappi Pasta
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 c. Whole Milk
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef adding in the diced onions.
Add in the minced garlic.
Add in the Worcestershire sauce and the tomato paste, stirring until well combined.
Add the beef broth and pasta, stirring until well combine, let it simmer over medium to low heat.
Cover the pot for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes uncover the pot to stir, replace the cover to cook for 5 more minutes.
Reduce the heat to low.
Stir in the sour cream and milk.
Add in 2 cups of shredded cheese, mixing until well combined.
Once the cheese has melted add in the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese.
Cover for an additional 5 minutes for the cheese to melt.
